Our Vision: A safer, more connected world

Our Mission: Realness Project delivers trauma-informed relational leadership trainings to justice-impacted individuals, equipping participants with communication, emotional resilience, and conflict transformation skills that reduce harm and strengthen communities.

We believe human connection is a powerful antidote to addiction, isolation, anxiety, and violence. When people heal from trauma and learn to relate with empathy and accountability, they transform—not only themselves, but also their families, communities, and futures.

Our programs help incarcerated people develop the tools to become better parents, neighbors, and leaders. And the results speak for themselves: approximately 6% of our graduates return to prison.
