Our Mission: Realness Project delivers trauma-informed, experiential workshops that build communication, emotional resilience, and conflict transformation skills inside prison walls—so people return home ready to lead, contribute, and care.

We believe human connection is a powerful antidote to addiction, isolation, anxiety, and violence. When people heal from trauma and learn to relate with empathy and accountability, they transform—not only themselves, but also their families, communities, and futures.

Our programs help incarcerated individuals develop the tools to become better parents, neighbors, and leaders. And the results speak for themselves: less than 5% of our graduates return to prison.
